Privacy and Cookie Policy

AstroPay Online Casinos collects very little about you, and this page explains exactly what that little is. It applies to astropayonlinecasinos.com and all of its country editions. You don't need an account to use the site, we don't sell data, and we don't run advertising trackers.

What We Collect

If you only read the site, we don't ask you for any personal information. Like any website, though, our pages are delivered through hosting and security infrastructure that processes technical data each time you load a page: your IP address, the browser and device you use, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to send the page to your screen, to keep the site running and to block automated abuse. It isn't used to build a profile of you or to follow you across other websites.

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name and email address you enter together with your message. We use them for one purpose: replying to you. Please don't send payment details, ID documents or casino account passwords; we never need them.

Cookies

This site doesn't set analytics cookies, advertising cookies or any other tracking cookies, and it doesn't store data in your browser's local storage. That's why you won't see a cookie consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to. Your browser may still keep ordinary cached copies of pages and images so the site loads faster on your next visit, and our security provider can set a short-lived technical cookie to tell genuine visitors from bots.

You can clear cookies and cached files at any time from your browser settings. Doing so won't affect how this site works.

When You Click Through to a Casino

Links to casinos may pass through an affiliate tracking address before you reach the casino's own website. From that point, the casino and its affiliate partners collect data under their own privacy and cookie policies, including the details you give when registering and any verification documents they request. Those companies decide how that data is used, and we don't receive your registration or payment information. Read the casino's privacy policy before you sign up.

Legal Basis and Retention

We process technical request data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and contact-form data on the basis of your request for a reply. Server records are kept only for as long as they're needed for security and troubleshooting. Messages sent through the contact form are deleted once the conversation has run its course, unless we need to keep a record to deal with a complaint.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, and the GDPR for readers in the European Union, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing or restrict it. Send your request through the contact page and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, UK residents can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), and readers elsewhere to the data protection authority in their own country.

Changes

If we ever add a feature that changes what data the site handles, such as a newsletter, this page will be updated before the feature goes live.
